The Office of Academic Affairs is responsible for overseeing and organizing the academic aspects of the college’s students. This includes coordinating course schedules and registration, managing deferrals, interruptions of study, and transfers, as well as reviewing student academic records. The office also provides support to students facing academic difficulties, updates the student handbook and study plans, and facilitates the assignment of students to academic departments. Furthermore, it nominates high-achieving students for excellence awards and addresses academic complaints and requests in coordination with the College Dean’s Office.
